A little bit about me…

My life so far has been an amazing journey that I am extremely grateful for. As a person who has always reflected deeply about my life helping others do the same comes naturally to me.

Coaching never really crossed my mind until 2020. After the world went through collective trauma I found myself helping those around me through their anxieties, traumas, depression, and fears about this new way of life. The common thread they all had was that these emotions and symptoms they were having all had roots much deeper than 2020.

I kept getting one referral after another until one day I got too busy to do it for free anymore and decided to pursue more education in coaching people through trauma. After I got pregnant with my I took a long break from seeing clients and during that time I restructured my approach to coaching. I focused my skills and narrowed down my scope of coaching to Trauma.
I help clients get to the root cause of their present behavior and reactions to traumas of the past. I use different modalities to do this: meditation, visualization, memory recall, ifs, inner child work, reparenting, somatics, and pattern recognition.

Since starting my coaching journey I have read over 100 books on various psychological topics such as:
human behavior
trauma
somatic work
IFS (internal family systems)
neuroscience
hormonal impact on mental health
inner child healing and reparenting
emotionally immature parents
narcissism
child development
attachment theory
trauma and the impact on memory
nervous system anatomy and regulation techniques
mind-body approach
anxiety and ocd
depression
neurodivergence
eating disorders
trauma informed mindfulness practices
and much more…
