Regular 1:1 Coaching Session

I only take 1-2 clients a day max. This allows me to give my undivided attention and go deep into discovery. I don't believe in placing a time limit on healing. One of the things I personally didn't like about traditional therapy was how long it took to see progress because as soon as you were getting somewhere your time was up and then the next week something else came up and it seemed like an endless loop.

Because my sessions are not time capped the pricing for clients is as follows:

The pricing for 2023*

Single: $2.50 per minute

Couples: $3.50 per minute

All sessions are virtual via facetime or whatsapp and payment is taken via venmo or zelle after each session. PayPal is reserved for international clients only.

I do not work with anyone under 18yrs old and couples need to be my clients individually first.

Personalized Inner Child visualization

While you can find inner child healings on youtube it doesn’t quite feel the same as someone leading you into a deep meditation to meet your true self. During this visualization Ana focuses on certain aspects of your trauma you need to heal that you have told her prior to the meeting. Sessions are normally around 15 mins at $2.50 per minute.
